Hi! Are you looking for accounting and bookkeeping services for your Airbnb, construction, Fix & Flip or short-term rental properties? Please let me help. I am a pro-advisor QuickBooks Online and Xero certified accountant with several years of experience in Cloud Accounting.

Yes, sure! If you would like me to continue your bookkeeping on a regular basis, I'm happy to assist you!
What business do you work for?
I mostly work with property and real estate sector. I also work with a wide range of companies in every sector, small or medium sized.
Do you offer Tax services?
Not for now. I only offer bookkeeping services. However, your CPA/Tax preparer will be so happy at tax time as all of the necessary information will be ready for him.
How do you guarantee my data security?
I have professional ethics towards my clients, Confidentiality is one of them. I also encourage my clients to maintain a privacy and confidentiality agreement guided by their lawyer if needed.
What information do you need for starting work?
I will need your bank/Credit Card/Airbnb statements (in pdf and CSV format -both, for a quick delivery), Bills & Invoices (if any) and to access your QuickBooks Online or Xero account. Most importantly, I will need the cooperation from my client regarding the queries that will arise during project.
Why do you ask QuickBooks or Xero access before an order placement?
My ultimate goal is to provide an error free & detailed oriented work on time. With this in view, I make sure that client's books are ready to work with. If I get any red flags which needs to be rectified before I start my work, I point those out to my client and resolve issues together.
What is your time zone and how would you adjust with mine?
My time zone is GMT +5.30hrs. But I am always ready to work and always adjust myself with my client's time zone. I care about my client's comfort and his valuable time.
