I work with the above Organization as an agronomist to conduct the following: 1). Crop improvement by promoting drought tolerant crops through planting on farm demonstrations in farmers fields 2). Developing and designing climate change resilient farming techniques to help small scale farmers 3). Technology transfer through dissemination through platforms such as farmer field days. Writing brochures, manuals and field guides for farmers and other stakeholders ( Vegetables, legumes, cereals flowers and others) 4). Developing proposals for research topics that fit our farmers 5). Mentoring University and college students on attachment 6). Attending Scientific Conferences to present research findings
