• I will perform functional, integration, responsive & regression and responsive testing

I normally provide a list of all findings in a simple google sheet, this simple google sheet includes bug detail, bug location, priority, severity along with screenshots, this simple sheet would be easy to understand, track and fixes follow up.

If you already have any reporting mechanism, I can report there as well.
