What do you need from me to start?
App URL (staging/production), test credentials, key flows to test, target browsers/devices, and any deadlines or known issues.
What will I receive after the testing?
A detailed bug report in Google Sheet or PDF with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, severity/priority, environment details, and evidence (screenshots or screen recordings).
What do you mean by a “user flow”?
A user flow is one complete, start-to-finish journey a real user performs (for example: Signup → Email verify → Login → Dashboard, or Add to Cart → Checkout).
Do you provide retesting after fixes?
Yes. Revisions are used for retesting after you apply fixes within the same scope of the package.
Do you test APIs or provide automation?
