I currently work as a 3D CAD and Product Designer specializing in custom mold design, 3D modeling, product development, prototyping, and manufacturing-ready design solutions. I work with clients and businesses to transform concepts, sketches, reference images, measurements, and existing 3D files into accurate and practical CAD models. My experience includes designing custom silicone molds, resin molds, casting molds, candle molds, soap molds, chocolate molds, jewelry molds, two-part molds, multi-part molds, mold boxes, and 3D-printable mold components. I also develop injection mold concepts and product models based on the intended manufacturing or casting process. I focus on creating clean and functional geometry with accurate dimensions, suitable parting lines, properly designed cavities, appropriate draft where required, and easy demolding. My goal is to create designs that are not only visually accurate but also practical for prototyping, casting, 3D printing, and production. I use professional CAD and 3D design software, including SolidWorks and Fusion 360, and I work with common 3D file formats such as STL and STEP. Depending on the project, I can provide detailed 3D models, source CAD files, mold components, parting designs, cavity layouts, and professional product renders. I have experience working on a variety of products and applications, including decorative items, candles, soaps, resin products, chocolate and confectionery designs, jewelry, prototypes, custom parts, and other small-scale manufacturing projects. My workflow involves understanding the client's requirements, reviewing references and dimensions, developing the 3D model, checking the mold structure and parting approach, and preparing the final files according to the required application. I pay close attention to accuracy, functionality, manufacturability, and clear communication throughout the design process.
