Product Management: Handle complete product management writing SEO-optimized descriptions highlighting benefits, organizing quality photography showcasing multiple angles, and structuring collections guiding intuitive journeys. Every page includes trust elements, sizing details, ingredient information, and prominent calls-to-action encouraging purchases. Marketing Systems: Implemented Klaviyo automation including abandoned cart recovery, welcome series introducing brand story, and post-purchase follow-ups requesting reviews generating recurring revenue. Optimized store for search engines through keyword research targeting Nigerian and international shoppers, meta descriptions, alt text, and fast speeds. Integrated Instagram Shopping and Facebook Shop enabling social commerce. When I started managing the Google Business Profile for Belloni’s Restaurant, the profile had been suspended, denied, and was not visible to potential customers. My first task was to successfully reinstate the profile by addressing the reasons it had been denied and submitting the necessary verification details. Once the suspended status was resolved, I took full responsibility for the profile’s ongoing management. After the profile was fully reinstated, I implemented targeted Local SEO strategies to improve its ranking for restaurant-related searches. I oversaw all aspects of profile management, including updating business information, optimizing descriptions with relevant keywords, uploading high-quality images, posting regular updates, and monitoring customer reviews. By recovering unsuspension for the profile from being suspended and previously denied, and applying consistent SEO-focused management reinstatement, the restaurant now enjoys higher visibility in Google Search and Maps and been reinstated. The profile is fully reinstated, actively engaging customers, and helping drive more traffic and bookings for Belloni’s Restaurant.
