How fast will you fix my Joomla site?
Basic and Standard are delivered within 24 hours of you sending access, and most single errors take a few hours. Premium is 2 days because complex bugs need proper testing. If your site is down, message me first so I can look before you order.
What counts as one issue?
One error or one broken feature with one cause: a 500 error, a blank page, a form that won't send. If fixing it uncovers a second, unrelated problem, I'll tell you before doing anything extra.
What access do you need?
A Joomla administrator login with Super User rights (a temporary account is best, delete it after delivery). If you're locked out, I also need hosting (cPanel) or SFTP access.
Will I lose any content?
No. I take a full backup of your files and database before changing anything, and keep it until you've accepted the delivery.
My site is on Joomla 3 or 4. Is that a problem?
Joomla 3 stopped getting security fixes in August 2023 and Joomla 4 in October 2025. I'll fix the error you ordered for, then tell you honestly whether upgrading or moving to WordPress makes more sense. Both are quoted separately.
Can you fix K2, VirtueMart or SP Page Builder errors?
Yes. They're the extensions I see most on the Joomla sites I migrate, and their errors usually come from a PHP version change or an outdated release.
What if the error comes back?
If it returns before you accept the delivery, that's what revisions are for and I'll fix it again. Premium also includes 7 days of support after delivery.
