I'm Pooja, a 300-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor (S-VYASA, India) with over 5 years of personal yoga practice. I offer personalized live one-on-one online yoga sessions for all levels, helping you build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner calm through traditional yoga.
Each 60-minute session may include:
- Centering & Gentle Warm-up
- Asanas
- Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
- Relaxation & Meditation
