Sobre mim
Hi, I'm Liz - a project manager by trade, and a professional organizer of chaos.
I'll be upfront: I'm new to freelancing, but I'm not new to the work. For the past 12+ years, I've run complex projects with lots of moving pieces, stakeholders, and deadlines - building processes, writing SOPs, creating pitch-ready decks, taming inboxes, and turning messy operations into systems that actually work.
If you're a founder or small team drowning in operational chaos, let's fix it — one project at a time. Send me a message and tell me what's piling up.
