I was just graduated and began my professional journey with this company, where I have spent the past 1.5 years building a strong foundation as a beginner in the field. During this time, I have gained hands-on experience and a clear understanding of the basic manufacturing processes, particularly in metal forming and shaping. I have also developed practical knowledge in inventory management, ensuring proper tracking, storage, and availability of materials to support smooth operations. In addition, I have been involved in labor management, where I learned how to coordinate with teams, manage workflow efficiently, and maintain productivity on the shop floor. This experience has helped me understand the importance of teamwork, time management, and operational planning in a manufacturing environment. Overall, my journey so far has allowed me to grow from a fresher into a more confident and capable professional, with a solid grasp of core manufacturing practices and workplace management skills.
