I help coaches, consultants, course creators and service-based businesses organize their customer journey through sales funnels, online learning platforms, CRM systems and workflow automation. My work can include building and configuring Systeme.io sales funnels, online courses and membership areas; setting up high-ticket coaching funnels; organizing HubSpot or Pipedrive CRM pipelines; creating HoneyBook workflows; connecting apps with Zapier; supporting monday.com workflows; configuring ClickFunnels; and migrating Canva websites where the project requirements and platform capabilities allow. I begin by clarifying the business goal, audience, offer, existing tools and desired customer journey. I then map the required pages, forms, pipeline stages, tags, automations and integrations before building the agreed solution. I pay attention to usability, consistent messaging, logical navigation, data flow and the steps a lead or customer should experience from first contact through follow-up or course access. Before delivery, I review the setup against the agreed scope and test key paths, links, forms, triggers and handoffs where access allows.
