I'm Phuc - 9+ years in manufacturing supply chains, based in Ho Chi Minh City. Six years in production planning, three as Deputy Purchasing Manager for a US-owned factory in Vietnam. I've sat on both sides: the planner waiting on materials, and the buyer making sure they arrive.
That's why I do two things well.
FIND IT - vetting Vietnamese factories, real FOB quotes, on-site checks and QC.
RUN IT - inventory forecasting, reorder points, PO and landed-cost trackers, supplier admin.
Same discipline, two ends of the same chain. Tell me your product - I'll tell you what's realistic.
