I am an award-winning actress and writer, trained at ArtsEd in London. I am best known for my work with my sketch duo, LADYLIKES, whose debut show Top Secret House Party was named a Top Pick of the Edinburgh Fringe by the British Comedy Guide before transferring to Soho Theatre. Our filmed sketches, Millennials and How Does That Make You Feel, have won multiple awards at international film festivals, including Funny Women, Houston Comedy Film Festival, and New Orleans Comedy Film Festival. We are currently developing a radio sitcom with Alternative Stories. I co-wrote and starred as Perdita in the critically acclaimed black comedy Right Dishonourable Friend (VAULT Festival, 2023), with The Guardian praising my performance: "Phoebe Batteson-Brown is archly comic as the clueless Perdita." My additional stage credits include the Offie-nominated Sheltered (The Chiswick Playhouse), The Good Landlord (The Arcola Theatre/VAULT Festival), Pig Woman (The Arcola Theatre), Puss in Boots with the award-winning Fat Rascal Theatre (Drayton Arms), The Snow Queen (The Arts Theatre), and three runs of the critically acclaimed NewsRevue, the UK’s longest-running live comedy sketch show (Canal Café Theatre, Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2021, The Pleasance). On screen, I have played the lead role of Sasha in the feature film Early Bird, Heidi Hauser in Autopsy: The Last Hours of Chris Farley (ITV), Sarah in the OKX trading commercials, and I appeared as myself in Scarlett’s Driving School (BBC One).
