I help startups, entrepreneurs, engineers, manufacturers, and established businesses transform ideas, sketches, reference images, and existing parts into accurate, functional, and manufacturing-ready product designs. With 9 years of professional experience and more than 9,000 completed projects, I have developed a strong understanding of the complete product development process—from concept development and 3D CAD modeling to engineering documentation, prototyping, and production preparation. My core expertise includes 3D CAD modeling, mechanical product design, industrial product design, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Blender, and KeyShot. I create detailed parts, assemblies, mechanisms, enclosures, sheet metal components, plastic parts, consumer products, machinery components, and custom mechanical solutions. I also specialize in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), helping clients develop designs that are practical and suitable for CNC machining, 3D printing, laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, and other manufacturing processes. I consider material selection, wall thickness, tolerances, clearances, assembly requirements, bend allowances, fasteners, and production limitations during the design process. For clients who already have an existing product, I provide reverse engineering and CAD reconstruction from physical parts, measurements, sketches, photos, STL files, scans, and other references. I can also modify, optimize, or convert existing CAD models into clean, editable production files. My deliverables can include native CAD files, STEP, STL, IGES, SLDPRT, SLDASM, DXF, DWG, PDF technical drawings, BOMs, exploded views, and high-quality product renders, depending on the project requirements. My approach is engineering-focused: I don't simply create models that look good—I develop designs with function, accuracy, manufacturability, assembly, and real-world production in mind. I communicate clearly throughout the project.
