For the past 5 years I've worked with locally owned and operated businesses to improve how they communicate with customers and handle their digital needs. I've built many AI agents and automations: agents that research prospects, write follow-ups, qualify leads and book appointments, plus voice agents that answer the phone. I also build modern websites that turn visitors into calls and train sales teams on Claude and ChatGPT. I joined PHMG in July 2023 as a Media Development Executive and worked my way up to Head of Sales in just over three years, with stops along the way as Senior MDE, Team Lead and Sales Development Manager. As an individual contributor, I was named 2023 Best Newcomer of the Year out of more than 250 new hires across PHMG's three North American offices. I won Media Development Executive of Q2 2025 after leading North America in both sales and partnerships, and I was the first MDE in North America to sell our premium Brand Symphony service. I closed 52 deals in 2025 while also developing my team, and I earned a spot in President's Club. When I became Sales Development Manager, I built the Senior Floor onboarding program from scratch. In my first quarter in that role, the team's monthly revenue grew 144% and its conversion rate improved 83%. Employees across North America voted me PHMG's 2025 Employee's Employee, and in 2026 I received the AI Pioneer Award for building AI into prospecting, sales enablement and team performance. I hold a BA in Emerging Technology in Business and Design from Miami University and the Google Cloud Generative AI Leader certification.
