I build fast, clean, mobile-friendly websites for small businesses. 20 years in IT behind me - computer repair, help desk, IT manager, and now my own shop. Every site is hand-built, not a bloated template or page builder, so it loads fast and it doesn't break. Most of my clients want nothing to do with technology. You don't have to learn anything or manage anything. You tell me about your business, I handle the rest. I work in writing and I answer fast, usually the same day. I started Pittsburgh IT in March 2020 as a brand-new business, after 12 years in IT at Snap Forward. Day to day I handle IT for small businesses: support, security, backups, email, networks, and keeping everything patched and running. I also build and host fast, hand-coded websites for small businesses, and run them so the owner never has to touch anything. Most of my clients want nothing to do with technology. That's the job. They tell me what they need and I handle the rest, in writing, usually the same day.

Twelve years at Snap Forward, working my way up from computer repair to help desk to IT manager. I started on the bench fixing computers, moved to the help desk supporting users day to day, and ended up running IT: networks, email, backups, security, vendors, and keeping business clients up and running.
