Run my own foundations contracting business, executing piling works for general contractors under subcontract (labor and equipment). - Executed piling and rebar fabrication for road bridge projects in coastal Ecuador, through final acceptance. - Operate and plan work with a crawler crane with rotary drilling head and a hydraulic piling rig (kelly drilling, bentonite slurry, tremie concreting). - Prepare technical and commercial proposals for bored piles, driven piles, pre-drilling for wick drains and precast double-T slabs. - Build unit price analyses (APU), work schedules and subcontract agreements. - Review geotechnical reports (SPT logs) to plan drilling methods and anticipate site risks. - Prepare final acceptance records and project close-out documents.
