I will process property preservation orders, provide repair estimates

I have been processing property preservation work orders for regional companies and independent contractors across the USA since 2016.

I'm an expert in processing seasonal work orders, Initial Secure, Resecure, Bid Request, ICC, Deed-in Lieus, and Code Violations according to the clear guidelines of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, REO CONV, and other types of investors.

1. Currently, I'm processing orders for various national clients: Cyprexx, Servicelink, Guardian, fivebrothers, NFR, Spectrum, MCS, MSI, Altisource, VRM, single source.

2. I process every work order professionally by checking whether the crew completes the assigned work as per instructions or not and proceed accordingly. I also carefully invoice for every work order.

3. I use Repairbase, Xactprm/Xactware, Bluebook, or other standard pricing sheets for cost estimates. At the time of bidding, I always consider the scope of work and the possibility of gaining profit from that bid.

4. I do QC before submitting each order to the client system. I fix every denial (completion/bid/invoice) with care and respond to the client professionally.

5. I utilize PPW, Pruvan, Google Drive, photo editing, and other tools as per requirement.
