As an investor and former startup fundraiser, I know how important a solid financial model is. I've worked in corporate development for startups that have raised $50m+ and exited for $100m+, and have worked for investment funds with $XXXm in AuM.
This is a no-bullshit gig. I'll help you put together the model that you need to map your cash burn, set targets for your key business metrics and plan growth. I won't be the fastest or the cheapest - but I will help you with an accurate, personalised model.
The gig will include:
- A full, sheet-by-sheet explanation of inputs and outputs
- A financial forecast (detail below) with realistic assumptions for your business
A good model should only include essentials. I'll include:
- 3 year P&L simulation (honestly, it doesn't make sense to do 5y planning for a startup)
- Extensive revenue tab, including multiple pricing tiers, MRR growth, etc.
- Extensive costs tab, including headcount and non-headcount
- Full cashflow simulation
- All the key SAAS metrics planned
If there is anything you need that isn't included in this list (e.g. cap table, simulation across multiple countries, etc.), get in touch and I'll try to help.
