What information do you need to get started?
I'll need access to your repository, cloud account (AWS/GCP), and a brief overview of your application stack (language, framework, database). Don't worry — I'll send you a simple checklist after you place the order so nothing gets missed.
Do I need to share my AWS credentials with you?
You never need to share your root account credentials. I work with a temporary IAM user with only the permissions needed for the task. This is the safest, industry-standard approach. Your account security is always protected.
I'm not technical. Will I understand what you deliver?
Absolutely. Every delivery includes clean documentation written in plain English — what was built, how it works, and how to use it. You don't need to be technical to understand what you're getting.
What if my project doesn't fit any of your packages?
No problem at all. Message me before ordering and describe your project. I'll create a custom offer tailored exactly to your needs and budget. Most of my work is discussed first — I never want you to pay for something that doesn't fit.
Which cloud platforms do you work with?
I primarily work with AWS (my strongest platform) and GCP. I have experience with services like EC2, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, RDS, CodePipeline, CloudWatch, and more. Message me with your platform and I'll confirm before you order.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
The Premium package includes 7 days of post-delivery support. For Basic and Standard, I'm available to answer questions for 3 days after delivery. If something breaks due to my work, I will fix it at no extra charge — always.
Can you work on an existing infrastructure or only new setups?
Both. I can build from scratch or improve, migrate, and fix your existing infrastructure. Whether it's a broken pipeline, slow deployments, or a messy cloud setup — share the details and I'll assess it before you order.
How do you handle communication during the project?
I respond within 1 hour during working hours (IST). You'll receive a progress update at every major milestone. I use Fiverr messages for all communication so everything is tracked and transparent. No surprises, ever.
Do you provide the code and configuration files after delivery?
Yes — always. Every delivery includes all scripts, config files, Terraform code, pipeline YAML files, and documentation. Everything is yours to keep, modify, and use freely after delivery.
