I understand that sometimes you need to change some phrase/text or logo. If so, you can send us a message in the Fiverr inbox and we can do it for free for you by appointment. I will charge a minimal fee if you need to change color, add text or images. If it's a redesign it will be re-quoted.

I usually make the first delivery before the expected delivery time (48-72 hours). Although you can request an additional GIG rush delivery to receive the project within 12-24 hours. Each change request can take up to 6-24 hours due to time differences.

I am a talented designer and committed to my projects, you can request the corresponding budget for the design of boxes with confidence before selecting the package, knowing that your project will be treated with the attention it requires. In case I have my work schedule closed I will inform you.

Once the design is accepted. You will receive as final delivery: editable Ai source files along with a high DPI PDF, Jpeg and PNG file that you can send to your supplier/manufacturer/printer for a perfect print and if the package includes it also the Mockup or extra images.

I design ONE concept and it usually covers two revisions, but my goal is that the customer is satisfied with the final result. You can always buy more concepts or revisions of our GIG extras. Our revision cycle stops after you have marked the order as complete and all source files will be delivered.

From experience, it has worked the revisions offered, although, I can understand if you can take more. I will do my best to create an optimal and compliant design.

We are not copywriters and cannot write or proofread text. You will need to provide us with the exact text you wish to incorporate into the design of your product packaging box.

No. You must provide the images you definitely want to incorporate into your packaging box design. For example, your logo and images of your products. But if you want to incorporate stock images, you can provide them to us or tell us what kind of images you need in your design.
