How do you organize document deliveries?
The docket is a separate document in MS Word plus Acrobat. The docket ITEMS are delivered as sets that will easily organize in docket number order, either as an emailed ZIP file (small sets) or as a folder in Dropbox or similar service.
Can you pull documents from old cases?
I can pull anything on PACER, excluding sealed documents, of course. Documents from before implementation of PACER (about 2007) cost more and can take literally weeks if not months to get. They have to be pulled from hard copy archives. Inquire first about cases before 2007.
Can you keep a case up to date?
Yes. I can check the docket and add anything that shows up on the docket, on a schedule. That includes docketed transcripts, but only after they've aged 90 days. If you want transcripts fast, that's a separate job with separate price points.
What if a case has hundreds or even thousands of docket entries?
I can prepare a complete or partial record regardless of the size of the court file. In fact I can provide more information per dollar of cost when you want most or all of one or more large dockets. Buy the Standard or Premium package and let me do a Special Gig based on average page counts.
Is two days the best you can do?
I'll do my best to complete the job promptly, regardless of the stated time frame. If you're in a hurry let me know.
