I created an Virtual Assistant using Vapi Ai for Barber's shop, the assistant collects important information over the call such as Name, address and digit, Answers FAQ and direct them on how to book an appointment on their official website which was sent to them. i used Make com for the automation for call trigger when new leads comes in, send them an SMS and also an email

This particular automation contains inbound and outbound call, schedule an appointment and save the date to google calender and also gohighlevel calender. it also add the call summary and call transcript to the each leads note Goghighlevel(GHL) is the CRM platform, googlesheet can also be used
