Goals: The client needed a comprehensive digital transformation to unify their e-commerce flower sales, online course offerings on sustainable farming, and a dynamic blog channel. Their primary objective was to create a seamless, high-conversion platform that could handle both physical product transactions and digital course enrollments without requiring complex third-party integrations. They wanted a single destination where customers could buy bouquets and learn agricultural best practices. Challenges: The biggest hurdle was migrating their fragmented content scattered across a basic website, a separate e-commerce store, and social media channels into one cohesive ecosystem. The client struggled with technical limitations on their previous platform, which couldn't support their growing video course library

This project focused on building a professional Skool community that gives members a clear place to learn, connect, and take action. I structured the community from the ground up, creating organized categories, community rules, welcome posts, onboarding content, member access settings, and engagement-focused discussions designed to make new members feel guided from day one. I also set up the Skool Classroom and uploaded the client’s course content into a clean, easy-to-follow learning experience. Each course was organized into clear modules and lessons, with lesson titles, descriptions, videos, PDFs, worksheets, downloadable resources, and helpful links placed in the right order. Course visibility and access settings were configured to ensure the right members could access the right training at the right time. The final community was branded, structured, and ready for launch, giving the client a scalable platform to deliver education, build member engagement, and create a smoother experience for every new student joining the community.
