Provide Tier 3 technical support to end-users both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution of complex IT issues. Coordinate and manage relationships with IT vendors to ensure timely delivery, support, and service excellence. Lead and supervise the end-user support and network teams, ensuring high service quality and alignment with IT best practices.
