The client wanted to develop a user-friendly gift card app that would allow users to easily purchase, send, redeem, and manage digital gift cards from different brands. The main goal was to create a simple and secure platform that provided a smooth user experience while making gift card transactions fast and convenient. One of the key challenges was designing an intuitive user flow for purchasing and redeeming gift cards while keeping the interface clean and easy to navigate. I addressed these challenges by creating a straightforward user journey, organizing the app’s features into clear sections, and focusing on a responsive and user-friendly interface. I also ensured the design could support future improvements and additional gift card brands as the platform grows. The final result was a modern gift card application concept focused on usability, convenience, and a seamless digital experience.
