Are you looking to build a mobile-optimized AI avatar system that converts 13 user photos into a real-time talking head? I will deliver a lightweight 2D or hybrid 2D/3D model that runs smoothly on modern smartphones without heavy GPU requirements.


The avatar will look natural and behave like a FaceTime video: accurate lip sync, believable facial expressions, eye movement, slight head/upper-torso motion, and stable identity. The system will support real-time streaming output and integrate cleanly into a mobile app
