Bello Zero Massage Clinic • Freelance

Jan 2026 - Present • 9 mos

As a Website Designer and Developer for BelloZero, I was responsible for designing and developing a professional, responsive website for a growing massage and wellness brand. I translated the business’s services, brand identity, and customer journey into a clear digital experience that makes it easy for visitors to understand the services offered, explore treatment options, find locations, learn about the therapists, and take the next step toward booking an appointment. My responsibilities included planning the website structure, designing and building key pages, organizing service information, creating clear calls to action, improving navigation, optimizing the website for mobile devices, and integrating essential functionality such as online booking, contact options, service pages, and location-specific information. I also worked on presenting specialized offerings such as therapeutic massage, medical massage, sports massage, mobile massage, and wellness treatments in a way that was easy for potential clients to understand. The project helped give BelloZero a stronger and more cohesive online presence while creating a smoother path from discovering a service to taking action. The website now provides dedicated service and booking experiences for different offerings and locations, helping visitors quickly find relevant information and schedule care. I also focused on creating a trustworthy, calming digital experience that reflects BelloZero’s positioning around personalized care, recovery, wellness, and professional massage therapy.
