What I Did Built and implemented custom dashboards in Zoho Analytics using existing CRM and accounting data to provide clearer visibility into team performance, time tracking, clients, mandates, and key business metrics. The project was structured around two dashboard views: a management overview and individual consultant-level reporting. Challenges The client needed a simple but effective way to monitor a distributed team of 20 consultants. Management required an overall view of team time and performance, while each consultant needed access to their own relevant information for ongoing follow-up.
