4. Can you integrate my existing overlays and graphics?
Yes. I can integrate graphics, overlays, browser sources, videos and other assets that you already have. Graphic design from scratch is not included.
5. Do you offer remote support?
Yes. Depending on the package, we can work together remotely while I guide you through the setup and troubleshooting process.
6. What should I send you before we start?
Please send a short description of your problem, your OBS/vMix version, your computer specifications, streaming platform and screenshots of the relevant settings if possible.
7. Can you guarantee that every streaming problem can be fixed?
Most streaming issues can be diagnosed and improved, but some problems may depend on your internet provider, hardware limitations or third-party services. I will always explain clearly what is causing the issue and what can realistically be improved.
