Contacted domestic warehouses of black and white pepper, desiccated coconut, cashew nuts, cassia and coffee to inquire prices and update daily price lists. Handled export sales to international markets including Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Morocco, Algeria, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Poland, Myanmar, Egypt, Chile, Bangladesh, Spain, Yemen, and others. Developed pricing offers and business proposals for international customers. Coordinated with shipping lines and freight forwarders to check freight rates, related charges, and arrange container bookings. Drafted domestic sales contracts and export contracts with foreign customers. Managed the full export process from contract signing to payment collection, including shipment scheduling, booking, documentation, and payment procedures. Prepared export documents such as sales contracts, bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, health certificates, weight and quality certificates. Handled customs declaration procedures (B11). Booked shipments, monitored cargo loading, and handled shipment-related issues. Searched for international customers, issued quotations, followed up contracts, and monitored customer payments. Prepared and sent product samples to customers upon request via DHL, FedEx, TNT, and other couriers. Worked with banks on document collection, document discounting, supplier invoice payments, and tracking incoming payments. Performed other assigned tasks as required.
