I grew up without any food rules and learned to eat emotionally/unhealthily. It was no wonder I experienced decades of unwellness. After exploring conventional self-care methods without success, I was determined to find support with lasting results. I enrolled in health institutions that not only taught me how to treat conditions but also the power of preventing them. After 20 years as an Integrative Registered Dietitian, certified in Leap Therapy, and as a Holistic Coach, I've been using food as medicine to help people remain free from illness, so they can achieve independence for life!
