I've been freelancing as a full-stack developer since mid-2021, building web apps and AI-integrated products for clients — Next.js and React on the frontend, Laravel and Node on the backend. Over that time I've delivered 20+ projects, ranging from e-commerce platforms for small businesses to internal automation tools built around WhatsApp. My main product right now is Virai, an AI SaaS I designed, built, and still run myself. It turns a business's WhatsApp into an AI employee: handling customer conversations with human takeover when needed, an internal AI assistant for the business owner, order automation, broadcast campaigns with anti-ban send delays, and a daily "Morning Brief" summary sent straight to the owner's phone. Behind the scenes there's a multi-tenant admin panel I built myself to manage billing through Midtrans, database backups, and error monitoring across every customer on the platform. It's live in production today, with real paying customers across four pricing tiers. Before Virai, most of my freelance work was e-commerce: building storefronts for small business owners who needed something more reliable than a Facebook shop, usually paired with a WhatsApp notification system for order updates. That project is actually where the idea for Virai came from — clients kept asking if the WhatsApp side could 'just answer customers on its own.' I like owning a project end to end rather than shipping isolated features — from the initial architecture through to the infrastructure that keeps it running long after launch.
