Stone Tool Shop is a specialized e-commerce retailer, and my primary objective was to bridge the gap between their high-quality inventory and professional contractors/DIY enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities & Strategy: I designed and executed a Full-Funnel Advertising Strategy (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to ensure a consistent flow of new traffic while maximizing the value of existing visitors. - Campaign Architecture: Developed and managed a complex account structure including Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC), Catalog Sales (DPA), and Manual Sales campaigns. - Technical Implementation: Successfully integrated the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) via Server-Side tracking to bypass iOS14+ data loss, ensuring 95%+ event match quality. - Audience Engineering: Created high-performing Lookalike Audiences (1-3%) based on lifetime value (LTV) and utilized Broad Targeting to allow the Meta AI to find the most cost-effective conversions. - Creative Direction: Collaborated on ad creatives, focusing on "Problem-Solution" video ads and high-quality Carousel ads showcasing the durability of the stone tools. - Optimization & Scaling: Conducted weekly A/B tests on headlines, primary text, and landing pages. I utilized horizontal scaling (adding new audiences) and vertical scaling (increasing budgets on winning sets) to maintain a steady ROAS. Measurable Achievements: - Maintained an average ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 3.8x across the entire account. - Reduced the overall Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) by 18% within the first four months. - Increased website traffic from social channels by 45% year-over-year. - Successfully cleared overstock inventory through a targeted "Clearance Event" campaign with a 5.2x ROAS.
