You will have to provide a unique (article will be checked with copyscape) and well written 300+ words English article without grammar errors related to the topic of parenting. Your article can contain one link to your website. It also needs to be informational and not just promotional/directly promoting your business or website.

Your website needs to be parenting related and clean (not-spam/adult/gambling etc).  Additional the blog post will be tweetet to my 6000+ Twitter followers and promoted through my other social media channels. You can also provide a matching image which will make it stand out more.
