I am a certified loan signing agent and remote online notary with over 15,000 completed notary transactions. I have experience with everything from power of attorney's to full real estate packages.
I will send an invite via email to join an online audio/video notary session where we will meet virtually and sign documents online. Remote online notarization (RON) is a widely recognized method of notarizing documents and has revolutionized the role of a notary public.
My pricing starts at $25 for a single document that requires one signer and one notary stamp. Additional signers, witnesses, and notarizations can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Specify what date/time you would like to meet, and I will do my best to accommodate you within 1 hour before or after your desired time.
Signer Requirements:
- Current (non-expired) US driver license or passport. Foreign passports accepted for real estate documents only.
- Laptop/computer, phone, or tablet with audio/video capability to connect via online conference call.
- Email address to accept invite to online notary session

What state are you commissioned in?
Texas, but I am certified to notarize documents online for use in all 50 states.
Is online notarization legal?
Yes, the notarization platforms that I use are compliant with all of the requirements for online notarization to include storage of session videos and validation of signers' identities.
Do I need a US Social Security Number?
Yes, in order to pass the credential analysis requirement for notarizing documents online, you will need to have a social security number.
Does every signer need their own device?
Yes, if you have multiple signers, each signer will need to have their own computer, tablet, or smartphone as well as their own email addresses to accept the online invitation to the meeting.
How long have you been a notary?
I have been a notary public since 2020 and have completed over 15,000 notarizations in that time, so I have a very in-depth knowledge of the laws, regulations, and requirements for notarizing documents online.
