I created this system to help a business simplify how they generate quotations. Their process involved manual calculations and repetitive data entry, which made it slow and prone to errors. To solve this, I built a clean, easy-to-use quotation system using Google Forms and Google Sheets. The form allows users to enter client details, select products, and input quantities from any device: phone or desktop. Behind the scenes, everything is automated. Pricing is pulled directly from a predefined list, calculations are handled instantly, and totals are generated without any manual input. I conducted a qualitative research and thematic analysis project focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) within transportation agencies using semi-structured interview data. The project involved organizing, coding, interpreting, and reporting qualitative findings with Atlas.ti to identify key themes, patterns, and participant perspectives across multiple interviews. The analysis explored areas such as workforce diversity, leadership support, employee empowerment, recruitment practices, workplace inclusion, accessibility, complaint resolution systems, and DEIA policy implementation within transportation organizations. Using a structured thematic analysis approach, I managed transcript coding, theme development, data categorization, and findings synthesis to produce a professional and well-organized qualitative research report aligned with the research objectives.
