• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial projection forecasts. • Conduct financial planning and analysis, providing actionable insights to management for decision making. • Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Maintain compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies. • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency. • Manage client invoicing, follow up on collections, and handle payment cycles effectively. • Ensure timely clearance of international remittances, including wire transfers, Payoneer, and other banking channels. • Follow up with banks for PRCs and international clients regarding delayed or pending payments. • Ensure proper revenue recognition aligned with project delivery schedules and milestone achievements. • Manage creditor payments, ensuring timely disbursements and deduction of withholding tax on rendered services. • Ensure timely filing of sales tax and withholding of rentals, commissions and salaries and maintain regulatory compliance. • Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure audit readiness and financial integrity. • Collaborate with leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and long-term business strategy. • Coordinate and liaise with external and internal auditors for statutory audits and financial reviews. • Disbursement of staff salaries on monthly basis as per cash flow projection.
