Responsibilities included; • Project cost valuation and recommendation writing for Thika Kenwood Development Estate. The report explained why the project had stalled and explored different measures that could be taken to ensure profits are made by the developer after project completion or selling the incomplete housing units. • Architectural designs and renders. Developed architectural designs and produced photorealistic renders for both residential and commercial buildings. • Project management. I was the project managers in charge of the refurbishment of KCB thika retail branch, KCB Utawala retail branch, KCB Kilimani platinum branch, KCB Lang’ata retail branch and KCB Parklands retail branch. • Tender evaluation. Performed numerous tender evaluations for Plan International LTD and gave recommendations to whom the tenders should be awarded to. In addition, produced a detailed report on why the other companies were not eligible to be awarded the tender based on the mandatory, technical or financial requirements stipulated in the tender invitation letter. • Road auditing and report writing. Conducted road audits on behalf of the Kenya Roads Board and gave detailed reports on the quality of works performed, cost of the projects, percentage completion and the level of accountability and documentation. • Project cost estimation Produced bill of quantities for all architectural designs based on the current market rates
