Have you tried everything? Doctors, medications, counselling, crying for help - nothing seems to work? Do you feel like you are at the end of your rope and there is nowhere left to turn? Do you feel angry, frustrated, hopeless or helpless? I may be the counsellor for you.
I have great personal experience with mental health, particularly childhood trauma. I have literally been at the end of my rope many times. I know where you are at, and not only can I relate, I am pretty sure I can help. I have an Honour's degree in Psychology, and a down to earth attitude.
