I started GoldTech Planet because I wanted to help businesses stop losing sales to slow response times and repetitive manual admin work. As the lead engineer, my job is to build the software and automation engines that keep companies running automatically 24/7. In my day-to-day work, I design and deploy custom AI customer support agents on the official WhatsApp Business API, build complex n8n automation pipelines to sync databases, and develop complete e-commerce stores from scratch.
