Perguntas frequentes
Do I need background knowledge of R, RStudio, or statistics?
No! I'm happy to help anyone with zero experience get started on RStudio. If you do have some background knowledge, let me know and we can skip topics you're familiar with.
What software or programs do I need?
Lessons will be held over Zoom, so you will need Zoom already installed on your device. I can help you download R and RStudio during our lesson, but if you'd like to save time please download both R and RStudio before the lesson. https://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/#download
Can you help with a specific assignment I have?
Yes, I'm happy to help you with specific school or work assignments rather than go over a general lesson plan. Please send over your assignment details and code (if you have any) ahead of time.
What topics will you not cover?
I have limited experience with machine learning, data mining, econometrics, time-series analyses, and Bayesian statistics and will not cover these topics since I don't feel like I'll be able to provide the depth you deserve!
