Can you minimize cut and fill and maintain proper drainage?
Yes. I always aim to optimize cut & fill while maintaining existing drainage flow and safe site slopes.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions are included as stated in the selected package. Minor adjustments are always supported to ensure your satisfaction.

Toan is very professional and provides quality Civil 3D work. We worked together on a grading plan and when finished, he produced something of very high quality. He was able to utilize example plans to produce what was needed for permitting. I would definitely use Toan again on future projects.
