At Design Plan Associates, I served as a Junior Architect, contributing to various architectural projects with dedication and expertise. Collaborating closely with senior architects and project teams, I played a vital role in ensuring that architectural designs met client requirements, local building codes, and industry standards. My responsibilities included assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. One of my key roles was to conduct site visits and surveys, gathering essential data for project feasibility studies and site analysis. In client meetings, I actively participated in gathering project requirements, providing valuable design insights, and presenting project concepts. Additionally, I prepared and contributed to design presentations and proposals for client review and approval.

Unfortunately his Apple Pencil broke; he told me this 4 days after the due date of our project. Poor communication and responsiveness throughout the project and was not proactive when the deadline was missed. After giving him some leeway on his reasoning, he failed to show that he even began working on the project.

Incredible work twice in a row he is a real hard working and talented artist and he gives you full videos of the work being done so you can be assured it isn’t AI.
