O coaching de ADHD foca em criar hábitos saudáveis, estabelecer rotinas e dominar a gestão de tarefas e metas. Com experiência especializada em coaching de vida para ADHD e Autismo, além da minha própria vivência com ADHD, entendo as complexidades do transtorno em um nível mais profundo. Conheço os desafios e pontos fortes únicos da neurodivergência, e vou trabalhar com você para desenvolver estratégias práticas e personalizadas para navegar na sua vida pessoal e profissional. Cada sessão é feita sob medida para suas necessidades. Abordagens genéricas não funcionam para ADHD, por isso adaptamos nossas estratégias continuamente para que permaneçam relevantes e eficazes.
