Sobre este Serviço
I transcribe, review, and organize spoken content from audio and video files, including interviews, podcasts, meetings, webinars, lectures, YouTube videos, Zoom recordings, and other speech recordings.
You receive a readable transcript with speaker labels, punctuation, timestamps, and manual review where needed. I use speech-recognition tools for a first pass, then check names, wording, structure, and formatting.
What I can help with:
- Audio and video transcription
- Speaker identification and timestamps
- Clean verbatim transcripts; full verbatim available on request
- Proofreading, punctuation, formatting, and basic terminology checks
- DOCX, TXT, PDF, or Google Docs-ready output
Clear audio gives the best results. Heavy background noise, overlapping speakers, strong accents, poor recordings, specialist terminology, sensitive content, or exact full-verbatim work should be reviewed before ordering.
Please send a short sample before ordering if the recording is difficult, confidential, or has more than 4 speakers.

Perguntas frequentes
Do you use AI or automated transcription?
I may use speech-recognition tools to produce the first transcription pass, followed by manual review, correction, proofreading, speaker organization, and formatting. If your project requires a fully manual workflow, please contact me before ordering.
What is clean verbatim transcription?
Clean verbatim preserves what was said while removing unnecessary filler words, repeated words, stutters, and false starts where they do not affect meaning. Full word-for-word verbatim is available on request.
Can you transcribe poor-quality recordings?
Sometimes. Background noise, overlapping speech, very low volume, poor microphones, or unclear speakers can significantly affect transcription quality. Please send a short sample before ordering difficult recordings.
How do you handle words you cannot hear?
I review unclear sections and use timestamps to mark genuinely inaudible or uncertain speech rather than guessing.
Can you handle multiple speakers?
Yes. The number included depends on the package. Please provide speaker names where possible. Large group discussions or heavily overlapping speakers should be reviewed before ordering.
What file types do you accept?
Common audio and video formats such as MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV, and similar formats are suitable. Large files may also be supplied through an accessible cloud-storage link.
Can you work with technical or specialist terminology?
Yes, where the terminology can be identified reliably. Supplying names, acronyms, specialist terms, or a glossary improves accuracy substantially.
Is my recording confidential?
Files are handled only for the purpose of completing the order. For highly sensitive or restricted material, contact me before ordering so the appropriate workflow can be agreed.
