Responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities for major hotel and apartment projects, including Nasandhura Hotel & Apartment Complex in Malé, Maldives, and Marina Hotel & Apartment Complex in Colombo Port City. Supervise daily site construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements. Perform QA/QC inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants, subcontractors and relevant project teams. Monitor workmanship, materials and construction quality while identifying and resolving site issues. Maintain proper records of completed works, inspections, as-built information and project documentation. Support project management in resolving technical, construction and coordination issues.
