* Develop and allocate an appropriate merchandising mix for each Store and Depot to achieve targeted sales and optimal stock turnover. * Assess, influence, and coordinate production and procurement requirements across all channels. * Oversee merchandising movements from the source of supply to the Central Distribution Centre (CDC). * Ensure each channel is supplied with an adequate and well-balanced product assortment to maximize business opportunities. * Prepare inter-store/depot transfer plans based on operational requirements and ensure effective execution. * Organize and manage seasonal and annual sales forecasts on a product-wise basis in coordination with field management. * Monitor delivery schedules and take prompt corrective action in the event of delays. * Maintain effective communication and coordination with Area Sales Managers (ASM), Store Managers, and Depot Managers.
