Responsible for Managing the all BIM Team and Revit Modelling using Revit software for Architecture, Civil and Structural. The Detail Work in below: - 3D Coordinator for all Discipline (Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Instrument and HVAC). - Create Standard Document and 3D&2D Model Process use Revit. - Provide recommendations and support to project team members to resolve technical modelling and drafting issues. - Manage, guide, and develop Designer and Modeler team members. Provide support and guidance to less experienced Designer and Modeler in the use of 3D BIM applications such as REVIT. - Providing training to Designers and Modelers to be able to 3D Model using Revit. - Meeting and Presentation 3D Models Review to Client and Consultant. - Create Clash Detection Report. - Check and Superimpose the Model from IFC Client to Our Model to check what is the different and solve if get clash with internal meeting. - Export and Upload 3D Model from Revit to SharePoint Client. - Create a 3D Model Tracker report to identify model changes per week. - Coordination with Construction Team. - Check and Review Shop Drawing before submit to Consultant for Review and Approval.
