Designed and built VERA AI, a virtual audit assistant in Microsoft Copilot Studio for structured control reviews. I configured the agent to guide users through audit-related discussions across areas including IT & Security, Purchase & Payables, Inventory Management, and Project Management. The focus of the build was not simply answering questions. VERA AI was designed to challenge incomplete information, probe potential control gaps, validate remediation claims, and keep outputs grounded in evidence. I structured the agent's behavior to make reviews more consistent and help users move from an initial control discussion toward clearer, audit-ready conclusions. The result was an AI auditor capable of supporting a more disciplined review process while helping ensure that findings and remediation discussions are based on evidence rather than assumptions. Designed and built an AI-powered CFO Consultant in Microsoft Copilot Studio to help businesses identify process inefficiencies and prioritize automation opportunities. I configured the agent to collect structured operational data through Adaptive Cards and analyze individual tasks based on time consumption, automation potential, business impact, and expected financial return. A key part of the build was creating the reasoning and calculation logic behind the recommendations. The agent estimates current task costs, potential automation gains, monthly and annual savings, ROI, and payback period before ranking the most valuable opportunities. I also configured executive-level report generation, including the executive summary, prioritization table, financial analysis, recommendations, and next steps. When required, the agent uses the Work IQ Word Tool to generate a professional Word document that can be used directly for business analysis and decision-making.
